Shipping Policy
We ship ground via Royal Mail or MyHermes
Shipping charges are calculated automatically when you place your order.
Most items usually processed out within 4 to 7 business days unless mentioned on the item itself
Tags Delivery Date separately and need to be attached by customers
Customized and made to order items will require 7 to 14 Days.
Please allow 3 extra business days for orders to Scotland

Return Policy
We want you, the customer to be satisfied with your purchase. Please check your items upon delivery. If your item is damaged and you need to place a claim for replacement we need you to do so within 2 days. Please provide us with pictures of the damaged items. NO CLAIMS will be accepted after 2 days.
If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it, we will credit you for the value of the merchandise only, as soon as we get it back in our warehouse. Round trip freight must be at your expense.
We do require that you contact us first, so we can issue a return voucher
